The staff were helpful at check in. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I would recommend this location

Clean room. Good bed. Friendly staff. Good parking availability off street.

My wife and I stayed one night at the motel and thought it was great. Very stylish and clean. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of surfaces for us to spread out and also to eat food we had brought. We arrived much later than expected, but Harry was extremely welcoming anyway. I had sprained my ankle on a hike that afternoon, and Harry was so thoughtful and genuinely concerned about me. If we’re ever in Nelson again, we definitely will stay with him.

Clean room but not serviced apart from towels during our stay. Ants in kitchen area. Good on-site parking and short walk into town.

Lovely property. The bed needs an update as it is like a marshmallow 😊

We had an awesome 2 day stay here. The location is convenient and Harry could not have been more helpful. Would highly recommend.

We had a reservation. When we arrived we were told they did not have our reservation despite me spelling my name. They said there were no rooms available. After Expedia contacted them, they had our reservation and room! The rest of the stay was uneventful.

The room was fitted out to a good standard. But there was virtually no daily service. The bed was never made, towells were only changed after I complained. No dailt cleaning of the room was done. A poor experience. I will not return.
