Located in the centre of the CBD. Rooms are comfortable and clean, although the bathroom cabinetry had suffered water damage along the floor.

This hotel was great, nice and central to town, dining and shopping. Reception staff were friendly and easy check in and out. Parking is free but very tight if you have a 4x4.

Great place to stay and central to everything. Rooms are clean. Shop centre 5 minute walk.

The accommodation was very much overpriced for what we got. Worn out carpets that are rolled and lifting, mould in bathrooms, shower heads are hopeless, uncomfortable low lounges, etc.

Very expensive as the pool and spa both out of order. Staff on site were good but head office rubbish. Stay somewhere else in Toowoomba!!

If I could give this place a zero I would. Terrible, dated, roach infested dump. Awful car park, air conditioner didn’t work. Weird smell, cockroaches everywhere. Overpriced.

Room smelt stale, and wasn’t really clean. Pool isn’t working despite the fact it’s advertised in the booking listing. Location is convenient though.

Central location so convenient. Check in process was initially a little disappointing as the reception staff person ignored us totally for about 10 minutes while she dealt with another customer. There was no acknowledgment of our presence during this time. While understanding she was busy it would have been courteous to have just acknowledged that we had arrived and that she would be with us soon. Also for the very first time we were expected to provide drivers licence details as well as a credit card. Another staff member, obviously finishing her shift then decided to pleasantly check us in…thank you otherwise we could have been waiting for another significant amount of time. Our unit was basically clean, although the fan blades were very dirty and the external balcony quite mouldy. The bed was comfortable but the fan light did not work and the TV proved difficult/impossible to turn on. The room was dated. Overall our only disappointing booking this trip.
