매우 훌륭해요 They gave us a free upgraded room and it was BEAUTIFUL!!! Very spacious, clean and luxurious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great for walking.

Our room was fantastic, a spacious bedroom, nice living room with little kitchen. The hotel is well located in the city center. The only problem is to find a parking around the hotel but it is often like this in Tenerife.

We stayed in a studio with a microwave, plates and cutlery and a sofa. It’s spacious and well-kept. The bed is comfortable. The central location makes it easy walking everywhere (including the ferry port and the bus depot). The staff (Eva, Elena, Maria) are friendly and helpful.
