만족해요 I paid $ 400 in advance six month before of my travel with non refundable ... the room are small ..... washroom basin is crazy, suggest to wash your face in bath tub instead of basin .... no side drose in bad .... break fast is ok and acceptable ... regarding location, yes walking distance from Interlaken West and good views and close to big Migros mega departmental store and good all types of resturent Indian / Pakistani with good affordable prices ... I like the Arabic Shaurma Shop near the west station in very good prices ... hotel views is also good ... hotel management is also good and corporate us .

매우 훌륭해요 Staff wants to make sure you are happy. Very attentive and helpful. Good breakfast with a wide variety and even eggs and protein. Our room was so comfortable.

If you are more than 5’ 8” tall or weigh more than 180 pounds, forget it. Slightly larger than a good youth hostel room, with a shower one can barely turn around in — certainly not with my shoulders. A cruise ship shower is bigger. Elevator holds one person and two bags, or two people and one bag. Bed was made of stone, towels of leather.
All this for $300+

The room was great! The only thing is that the reception is only open from 7:30 - 8:00. We arrived in the morning and dropped our stuff off because the rooms weren’t ready. Then we left for the day to sight see. I did not realize about the time and we got back later then 8;00. They were able to buzz us in and had already taken our bags up to our room but I felt bad they had to do that. Other than that, it was a clean room.

This hotel is pretty conveniently located and rooms are pretty clean.
But the breakfast buffet starts at 7:30 am and there are no staff present after 8 pm.
Other than that everything is okay.
