그저 그래요 I booked 4 nights through Expedia. They were supposed to send a confirmation with codes to access the premises. I never received the email. I tried to cancel 1 day before check in. I called the hotel. No answer. I stopped by in person to cancel personally. No person at the front desk. The front desk and entrance is located in a Starbucks. I emailed Expedia to cancel. Nothing. I called Expedia and the rep. tried to call the hotel. She couldn't get thru either. I booked for 4 nights. They charged me for the entire stay because I attempted to cancelled within the 2 day cancellation window. They wouldn't even prorate. I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on the poor experience, inability to reach a person and unwillingness of the hotel to accommodate.

Great central location even if it’s slight off to get to the hotel through a Starbucks! 5 min walk from Barrakka loft which took us to Gozo ferry so ideal.

The staff are very courteous, polite and very willing to provide any type of help and information. Bag storage available and free too.
The room will be turned over every day, unless you indicate otherwise.
Not a great deal of draw space and the kettle tended to dribble but that's it.
Fully recommend the location within Valletta, so handy for everything!

Excellent central location to main city and bus transport. Considering its on a busy street we could not hear any noise from our room on 7th floor. Room was well air conditioned - adequately clean serviced each day - suitable fridge - large safe- clean towels daily if you wanted - noone on check in desk however staff available to help if needed. A pleasant stay in a busy city.

It was difficult to find initially and we were followed into the lift by pickpockets which would be avoided if there was a reception. However, the staff did help in reporting this.
The location was so central with excellent access to the centre of Valletta. The room was comfortable and well apportitioned with fridge, microwave and kitchen all clean and fully operational, even had an ice tray. Sofas and bed were super comfy and the AC was great. Highlight was sitting in the balcony watching the hustle of the city go by late at night.
