We had a lovely time at union hotel. The staff went above and beyond with their level of service and kindness. Someone is always available if you need and everyone was so helpful. We had a small issue with our AC during the heat wave but they were quick to find solutions.
Location is perfect as well for access to the team and the cool neighborhoods like taksim galata and Cihangir. They have great recommendations and organized our airport shuttle for us which was a huge help.
Would 100% come back here again!!

This hotel was a great place to stay for our 3 day visit. Sam was extremely helpful and provided good information on local spots. The location to the ferry terminal and main tram stop was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.
