This is a WONDERFUL hotel in a great location - close enough to easily walk to all the important sites, yet quiet and calm in the evening. Clean, modern, spacious rooms. We appreciated the elegant, minimalist decor. Their restaurant is great! The best dinner we’ve had in San Sebastián was here at the hotel. The owner and staff are kind and helpful, offering suggestions when asked and full of information about things to do in this region. Marco was especially helpful. We liked it so much we extended our stay. Ten stars!

Staff was very helpful and able to communicate with us in English. Room was cleaned daily and we thoroughly enjoyed the view from the terrace. Would definitely stay again & highly recommend!

We stopped here for one night after a long holiday in Italy before heading back to Madrid, and it was a great choice.
Marco at reception was incredibly kind and helpful when we checked in late at night — he made us feel very welcome and even took the time to explain how to get around the charming city of San Sebastián and its beautiful historical landmarks.
The room was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated being able to park the car at the hotel and then walk into the town center easily.
Dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent — the food in San Sebastián never disappoints! A special mention to Mohammed, our waiter, who provided such attentive and friendly service.
Finally, during check-out, the lady at reception was wonderful — warm, efficient, and made the end of our stay just as pleasant as the beginning.
Overall, a perfect short stay with fantastic staff and great service. Highly recommended!
