I enjoyed my stay, check in was smooth. I wouldn't recommend if driving as the property does not have on-site parking. Local parking garages were expensive. I would definitely stay again of flying into LA.

This exceeded all my expectations! From the friendly staff to the awesome room, I will definitely be staying here again and also recommending it to friends and family!!

comfortable Convenience

I loved how spacious the room was with a full kitchen. I love having a refrigerator that is bigger than a cubic foot since we like to bring snacks and drinks. Perfect family room. The staff was extremely friendly. The lobby was clean. There isn’t parking on site but they recommend a parking garage 1 block away that is very safe. The neighborhood is sketch but this felt like a very safe space to stay. This was the perfect place to stay for a show at the orphium theater.

Nice place

This Hotel is clean but bare bones, no carpets, phone on the wall in the hallway not on table near the bed. Noise from the street is quite loud. Apartment smelled like smoke even though it is supposed to be smoke free. Furniture is cheap and not comfortable. The exterior is okay until you walk onto the sidewalk where you are likely to encounter, homeless citizens and drug use. Walking to the garage was an adventure, I rather not repeat. Parking: misleading Although the staff was extremely nice and competent the stay was not pleasant du to location, bare bones interior and parking.

Super spacious rooms, nice kitchen area, comfy living room and bedroom. There only drawback is the neighborhood. It is definitely sketchy. I was ok walking to my conference 10m during the day but did not feel sane walking back to hotel in the evening, and certainly could not go for a run in the morning.

Odd rooms. Odd set up. Location was “good” in that it was centrally located. Neighborhood is basically a homeless camp. Do not go with kids.
