I've stayed at the Boulevard Stays twice now and it's been absolutely fantastic both times. Close to Downtown, The Gulch and Midtown. You can pretty much walk wherever you want to go. The staff is friendly. The building is secure and I highly recommend the place.

The room is spacious and has everything you need. The area is quiet, clean and safe to walk around. The walk to downtown is about 10 minutes. We walked to our concert at Nissan Stadium too. It was about 25 minutes. Nice restaurants and coffee shops around. A lovely park nearby too.
When we arrived it was not easy to find at night since it was late. We also misread the room as 284 since the writing had a slash across the 0. The toilet was clogged and took til noon the next day to be fixed. The communication was very quick and efficient. There is also a washer/dryer which we needed, but could not figure out how to properly work.
For the price and going rates of rooms, it was a good value. I would stay there again.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Lots of traffic noise but that was expected. If you can’t do strong scents then don’t do this one, as the scents they use in the hallways is so over powering I had to hold my breath walking. Also if you have an issue with something customer service is a joke. They over charged me $778 and when I asked to talk to someone else, I was told there was no one else to talk to. This charge was before we even checked in and was stated as accommodations. We didn’t have any additional accommodations and had already paid in full. They still were trying to charge a sercurity deposit. I had to get Expedia to call them before they would take the $778 charge off.
