The location is great it’s like a 10-15 min walk to the central. Room was smaller than we expected specially the toilet. Other than that everything else was fine no problems

Really enjoyed my stay at this property. Excellent value and very close to the action downtown!

My family and I stayed here for 6 days. The staff is very friendly and they really look after their guests. Clean facilities. The rooms were also clean and up to date. Chris the manager, was very courteous and friendly, as well as attentive to any questions about the property and Crete’s tourist attractions. The heated pool was a great retreat. The breakfast was wonderful with quite a few healthy options. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again upon visiting Crete next time we are in Greece.

Hotel is well situated and it is in an excelent condition. Price to quality is realy good. I came with a car and they suggested a parking near by so no problem with parking.

Nice hotel with very clean and adequate amenities. The breakfast was better than typical American hotel breakfasts with cherries, apricots, and other fruit, in addition to the classic favorites like oatmeal, bread, meats, pastries, etc. The rooms have very little room for opening a large suitcase...two people's carrying and backpacks was pushing it, but do-able.

Clean room with amazing balcony

The hotel staff were amazing. They were quick to respond to any messages I sent prior to my stay at the hotel. Once I arrived they were helpful in answering all of my questions. Hotel was very clean and the bathroom was huge. It was also nice that the 2 queen beds were in different areas of the room. The location was central without being right in the middle of the chaos. I would definitely recommend the hotel!!
