Pretty Close to train station and main shopping dining area. Breakfast was outstanding and waitstaff were great. Dinner was also delicious. Spa/pool fantastic. We got a large 2 king 2 bath room with a nice view which was great having our teenagers with us, but one of the beds was in the living area so it wouldn’t be ideal for 2 couples.

Resort La Ginabelle was absolutely amazing! Great location, wonderful staff, clean rooms and common areas, and one of the best breakfasts I've ever had included with a stay. They even put out table with great treats in the lounge every day for those who return from skiing. Even the ski room, lockers, and spa area was a perfect 10. I will definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Zermatt.

훌륭해요 Overall this is a nice hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were very clean. I would say the hotel is in excellent condition. The main issue we had was with loud neighbors. Children in the stairwells and people above us jumping around until midnight prevented us from sleep. The staff was not willing to help when we told them of the issue. I also did not enjoy seeing the man I assume was the owner barking at the man helping him with his luggage.

This is hands down one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The breakfast buffet is epic and the spa is very well appointed with multiple pools and sauna options. Our room was also impressive with modern and comfortable amenities capped off by a view of the Matterhorn!
