만족해요 Great overall. Keep in mind no acccess to the onsen if you have tattoos and skip their breakfast... The worst we had in Japanese hotels (not much variety and low quality). The rooms and amneties are great! Bed ok, pretty firm. Onsen, pool table and gym are good!

A nice hotel that needs the rooms deep cleaned or renovated. Location is great and the staff was nice. Free drink of Sake when checking in. Beds were so so. The room we had, had a bit of a sour milk smell. Carpets need to be deep cleaned or replaced.

Excellent value! Given the competitive price, it’s almost unbelievable that it’s so well located - walking distance to the train station and also a comfortable stroll along the shopping arcades to the Bikan Historic Quarter. Room is clean and comfortable, I slept very well.

매우 훌륭해요 Extras that most hotels don't offer include a wonderful sauna and osem (hot bath), sake or wine at night. Clean room (but small for 2 people). Great locker room for luggage.

On this trip, I stayed with my family, and we all loved our stay here. The room was spacious for the 3 of us, and the staff were friendly as always. We all loved the breakfast on the 11th floor.
