Staff was very friendly and the location was perfect. We didn’t even hear the rails outside

The staff were exceptionally helpful, location was ideal (near markets, historic cistern, whirling dervish show) and breakfast offered abundant choices of tasty examples of local food. Wonderful view of the city on the top floor lounge… The TP holder was broken in our room; but the bed was amazingly comfortable!

The hotel was perfect, highly recommend! Walking distance to all major sights. Located in the heart of Sultanahmet, and the tram is literally outside of the hotel which made commuting extremely easy. All the staffs were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. Our room had an amazing view to the blue mosque. The hotel also has airport transfer (50 euros). Just note that close by mosques make announcements during prayer hours, can be a bit distracting. Overall had an amazing time in this hotel, highly recommend!!

Fabulous location. Easy to walk to all sites. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff was amazing and helpful. They arranged a car for us to go to the airport early in the morning. Coffee and tea available and plenty of bottled water. Breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

If you’re looking for a cute quaint hotel near all of Istanbul’s history World Heritage Hotel is the perfect place!!! I love that we are near everything.You are in walking distance to the beautiful tulip park, the famous mosques & the Basicilla Cistern & transportation to the bizarre is 2stops away on the their above ground tram that u literally catch outside your hotel door. They have an amazing traditional Turkish breakfast spread included in your stay. The hotel staff are knowledgeable & very patient with your needs. Shout out to Yunus, Musa and Burak they were so helpful, great tips on area outings, and overall just good old Turkish Hospitality!!! The next best thing is the hotel’s terrace view of the famous Sultan Ahmet Mosque which is breathtaking to see!! I was extremely happy with selecting this place over any others that I saw!!! I would highly recommend it.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of the City – Truly Unbeatable! Look no further—this is the place to stay. Location, Location, Location: The setting is absolutely perfect. It is literally located right across the street from all the major landmarks, which saved us so much time and hassle. Some of the city's best restaurants are right outside the front door, and public transport access is just steps away. Comfort & Safety: Usually, being this central means a lot of noise, but we were shocked at how quiet our room was. It is incredibly peaceful and, most importantly, feels super SAFE. The entire property is impeccably CLEAN and the beds are remarkably COMFORTABLE. To be honest, with this level of quality, it really should be more expensive than it is! The Staff (The Real Highlight): The staff is easily the best part of the hotel. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. Pro-tip: Definitely take their recommended tour guide and use their private taxi service. You will actually save money compared to booking elsewhere, and the service is much more reliable. Trust me on this one! We’ve already decided that we will only stay here whenever we return to Turkey. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! THANK YOU World Heritage Staff!

Staff was so nice and made the stay very easy and relaxing they told us all the best spots and how to get everywhere we wanted with ease

This hotel experience checks all the boxes we were looking for in our stay. From the location, clean room, breakfast & easy access to public transportation, but what stood out the most, are the staff (particularly Moises, Azat & the staff from the breakfast area) they have been very accommodating and were ready to assist on what we needed for our stay, they even helped us get our lost luggage back (from the airport) Would highly recommend and will definitely book again when we come back for another Istanbul trip.
