Muy cerrado el cierto al no tener ventanas y si prendes el aire acondicionado se meten los moscos … pero por el precio creo que no se puede pedir más.. así que aceptable por su buena hubicacion…

The negative reviews on this sight are definitely being unreasonable and should be ignored. This place is a very good deal for what you get: it is clean, it is safe, it is in a very convenient location 15 minutes walk from Seoul Station, rooms are bigger than they appear, and it is important to fairly and accurately evaluate budget hotels like this. Other reviewers complaining clearly did not set their expectations appropriately. A grade for the price ($25 USD/night).

こちらで2泊お世話になりました。 スタッフさんと顔を合わせる事なく、フロントに部屋番号の案内が貼ってあり、そこへ行くと中に鍵があるシステム。 まず扉のハンドルがガタガタしていて不安でした。 室内は清潔感があって良かったと思います。 冷蔵庫が無かったのが残念です。 ベッドのマットが硬めで私にはちょうど良くありがたかったです。よく眠れました。 バスタブが無いので、トイレが濡れてしまうのでタオルをかけるとかの工夫が必要です。 安さ重視でしたので、このお値段なら良いのではないかと思います。 淑大入口駅から近く、周りにはお店がたくさんあるので便利な立地だと思います。

Room condition is bad, bed is too hr

Not a bad hotel but needs some refurbishments. Walls are quite thin and you ear everything from next rooms. Vibrating noises in the midle of the night coming from the pipes that needs some attention The room was nice and bed confortable. A few worn details to improve. Nice area not too far from Central Station and many restaurants and bars around.

Staff was helpful, but the conditions of the room were atrocious for the high price. This was not a budget accommodation at all at a rate of $126 per night, yet it had the feel of a prison cell. The towels were tiny and dingy. The linens did not seem clean. The bathroom was moldy and the shower and bath leaky. The room was cramped and hot with mosquitoes buzzing around my face while I tried to sleep. I regret staying at this place and feel quite ripped off for the high price I paid for it via Expedia.

This place was fine for me as a low cost bed and shower with an excellent location in the old part of Seoul. The first floor room was very minimal. No window for daylight even. On the plus side, there are plenty of restaurants in the area and the subway station is close by.
