It’s ok for a short stay. This location is very close to Mount St. Michel. It has a trial leading to there.

The room was clean, AC / climatisation was advertised but was not in the room. Not all the lights were on. There wasn't a good way to get between this hotel and the mont except for the path through the meanders. This wouldn't have been an issue, but they sent me a questionnaire asking how I was arriving so they could "help get us between our stop and the hotel." They never responded though, and on the day I called them and they said we had to walk... There was also bird poop in all the exterior doorways. A room view with the mont st Michel was advertised but not delivered, none of the rooms have a view as there's a farm building in the way across the street.

Auberge de la Baie is the closest hotel on the mainland to Mont Saint Michel. It was easy to walk to the bus lot from the hotel. The hotel had a nice breakfast and comfortable beds. The staff were very helpful. When we realized that there were not restaurants in walking distance from the hotel, the staff helped us order a delivery from a restaurant. Added bonus, there is a sheep farm nearby with some very cute lambs.

The breakfast staff woman was incredibly helpful in telling me about things to do on my visit

This was a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it. Clean, very comfortable, and the sheep outside were a very pleasant and fun surprise.

A few things could be added to the basic room set up such as cups in the bathroom, facial tissue, mini fridge. It was very hot but fortunately the room did have a fan
