Friendly staff, comfortable, clean room, good breakfast.

The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. They were very helpful with the fact I spoke limited Japanese.

Although the hotel building and its facilities are a little bit old, the room is very clean and hotel staff are very friendly. It takes about 15 minutes’ walk from New Shirakawa (Shin Shirakawa) Train Station, or you can catch a taxi at about 1000 Yen. There are several restaurants located within five minutes’ walking distance, however, it is relatively far from downtown Shirakawa and Komine Castle.

Everything is decent and nice

Basic hotel. Nothing special but clean and efficient and priced right. Decent breakfast as well. Staff all very efficient and courteous.

It was easy to find and the entire stay was effortless.

Excellent bath with great view.

Next to the Route 4. Free parking is available. The room is big, clean and very comfortable. You can enjoy a bath there. Bath poweder are provided for free. Internet speed is fast as well. The whole hotel is a western styled design.

The hotel is nice and clean and looks fairly new. The room has a nice bath tub in it and I really enjoyed that. They have a good breakfast. Service was good. Only one complaint is the bed is a litte too firm, but normal for Japanese hotels. Overall I will stay there again. Better than other hotels in the same price range.
