The hotel was everything we were hoping for. The location was fantastic being right in the middle of Old Bellagio, which enabled us to go back to it anytime without a long walk. I can not say enough good things about the staff. Michael and his team were just great in every way. The morning breakfast was great, and offered you a very nice choice of pastries, eggs, bacon and assorted fruits and yogurts. There is no question if we ever go back we will stay there.

This location was amazing, the staff are great, the room was very nice. The a/c worked wonderfully. I would highly recommend this place. We even had such a cute little balcony. The breakfast was very good too

Lovely hotel in a prefect location just a short walk from ferry port. Room had a view of lake, and a terrace area for everyone to use. Breakfast served each morning by very friendly staff

A perfect stay in the heart of Bellagio with a truly authentic Italian feel. The property is beautifully maintained and feels like a quiet oasis despite being right in the middle of all the action. The entrance is stunning, and people were constantly stopping to take pictures because it’s so beautiful.
The rooms are a little smaller, but absolutely worth the trade off for the atmosphere and location. If you want to experience a genuine Italian vibe while being steps from everything, this place is hard to beat.

I honestly can say it has been one of the most pleasant stays we have ecounter in Italy. Everything overall is amazing, but the staff is fantastic, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was also a great highlight! Michele was a fantastic host! We will definitely return.

Great stay - hotel is perfectly located near the ferry and in the heart of all the shops and restaurants of Bellagio. The staff was incredibly welcoming and hospitable. Room was exactly as expected. Great stay!
