This hotel has potential, but in its current state it requires significant improvement. The dining options were disappointing, and the breakfast quality was awful. The lack of clear signage throughout the property was surprising and made navigation unnecessarily difficult.
Upon arriving at the bar, we were directed to the check-in area, where the first impression was a row of computers rather than a welcoming reception experience. Additionally, the bathroom toiletries appeared as though they may have been previously used, which raised concerns about cleanliness and attention to detail.
Overall, the property would benefit from a comprehensive refresh and a stronger focus on guest experience.

I came for a world cup game. First its right across the street from the stadium like a 5 min walk to gate 3 and 4. They let me leave my luggage in a safe place to go to the game and check in after. The rooms are amazing great space super clean. The staff was always helpful and the bar staff was incredibly fun. Would deff recommend staying here. Great vibe
