Hi Whilst the hotel was a good standard, I would Definitely say it is a 4 star at its best. Staff were slow in responding to customer service, they were very much reactive on all areas, breakfast, dinner and front desk. Gym was very small, no steam or sauna. Breakfast could of had more options.

Amazing rooms. Amazing breakfast and dinner options. Definitely a five star resort. Also really easy to get to the airport (took me 20mins when I left at 7am).

Clean room, excellent staff and amazing beach views. Though located in a secluded part of Lombok, if you love a peaceful beach resort for a fair price, this is it. Can't wait to get back...

The staff are excellent. The food is very good. The hotel itself is 5 Star and away from Kuta which is big plus because Kuta Is dirty and disappointing. This is a lovely setting for a hotel to escape all that.
