Really loved the staff. The hotel is in a great location. Private access to beach. Bueatiful scenery. The only thing that I did not like about this hotel is that the beds are unfortunately hard as a rock. I loved that they had netflix though!

Great location. Friendly staff. While it looks clean there are corners and spots of lack of hygiene. Also when u ask for room cleaning they only do the bed. They don’t clean the bathrooms or replace glasses or clean the room. The make shift gym was also very dirty and I had to ask them multiple times to clean it. The jacuzzi while I seen the worker clean it- I didn’t think it was clean enough. Also while breakfast is included in the package- 1 morning we were told there is no buffet and we had to order whatever we wanted from eggs and Indian dosas. While overall a good place and staff are helpful - would expect more for what we pay for

Great dining service. Property a bit away from Mirissa and Walligama beach.

Absolutely fantastic stay with our two children. They were both sad to leave after two nights. Excellent service and food. Great location right on the beach. Couldn’t recommend more.

The location is excellent right on the beachfront. The property is very outdated and to a poor standard. During our stay the sink was blocked, the balcony door didn't close or lock. The hotel in general needs renonvating.

Terrible check in experience, we made a mistake with the booking & the staff made us feel like criminals. The property was not very clean and overpriced for what it was. No elevators so had to take the stairs up to the 4th floor with air cons sticking out into the hallway which was 1000 degrees. The view of the ocean was lovely, but that was about the only good thing with this property. The fruit served at breakfast was rotten too.

Stayed at Beach and Bliss for three nights in September. Hotel is located right on the beach. A few steps away. You can't swim there due to the rocks but the hotel has a great pool.

One of the best hotels that we stayed at in Sri Lanka. Right up against the beach front with beautiful views, modern and spacious rooms, and great facilities. The food served at the restaurant was reasonably proced and delicious, and the hotel is very close to Mirissa Beach and Turtle Point. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating, making our stay a very positive experience. We will definitely be back when travelling Sri Lanka next, and would highly recommend to anyone else going through Mirissa.

First and foremost, the staff here are incredible and give a truly caring service. You will probably be fine based on the majority of reviews here, but having to move rooms due to cockroaches and food poisoning on the last day, 3 stars is all I can give. Rooms were not particularly clean or comfortable either. Location is great in terms of the beach but everything else is either a 30 minute walk or tuk tuk ride away.
