We liked the location of this hotel....outside of the very busy area of Venice but with lots of options for nice good restaurants on the side canals. The staff were very helpful and responsive.
The room itself was charming and very clean, but basic, being in an old building.

Cute place in a great location. A simple walk to the main shopping and dining areas but still a local feel. Close enough to St Marks but not so close that you get bombarded by tourists. The owners were super helpful. Be sure to use your mapping app and you'll find it. It would be difficult without it. If ever back in Venice, Ill book here again.

No water taxi picked us up or dopper us off at door so we had to carry our luggage up and down several bridges that are stairs, At 65 & 70 years old, this was challenging. They charged us $80 for this inconvenience to get to the train station. Should have taken the water bus.

매우 훌륭해요 The room is in a cozy boutique accommodation. Very quiet and by the the canal. Stella at reception was very helpful with tips and info about the area. Overall great experience! Ciao! We will be back.

Really fab location, just off grand canal and within a few streets of a main walkway through the area full of cafes, shops, restaurants and bars. The room we had was basic room and bathroom but that’s all we needed we were out all day. Lovely little outdoor area to sit and relax or read a book. Stella was very friendly and helpful. Would book again if ever back in Venice
