Friendly staff and convenient location

Good location, Clean space

Great location and comfy room. Love to stay in the hotel for next trip in Kobe.

It was much larger, stylish, and comfortable room than any similarly priced hotel. Amenity was very nice and the desert and coffee service was free of charge at the lobby. I would definitely come back!

Front desk unhelpful need more people helping with the luggage instead of standing at a front desk that doesn’t even check people in. One person doing luggage four people doing nothing.

Free ice cream and coffee nisu'. Close to Temple and Chinatown.

Nice hotel, great location

Nice property. Good breakfast for reasonable price. Staff was very helpful in getting my luggage transferred to my next hotel in Tokyo! Highly recommend this property!

Good location for exploring Kobe.
