The staff were wonderful!

We were looked after very well, the first night I found the area a bit intimidating but got used to it and thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the breakfast was very nice. I would go back there x

Great staff and a convenient location to tourist attractions in Sultanahmet!

The hotel receptionist went above and beyond to assist us in finding a taxi, as we checked out on a Friday and Uber or taxi service was impossible. Both receptionists are kind, the hotel is super clean, bed is comfortable, we appreciate the elevator, the kettle for hot water(which many other hotels don’t provide) so thank you, and the hotel is conveniently located near the Grand Bazaar, tram transportation, and only a 10-minute walk from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. We truly enjoyed our stay at serai hotel! Wish we could stay longer.
