I’ve stayed and Una Vida every visit to a Tulum. It’s a peaceful place that feels secluded but so close to everything you’d want to see and do. Always love my stay here!
Staff, food, pool and the rest of the amenities are amazing. Highly recommend to anyone visiting anytime soon!

Staff were amazing, pool was great, the room was really cute. AC and the ceiling fan combo were great after spending time outdoor in the sun. We did have issue with AC dripping water but when I told the concierge Enrique, he took care of it right away and we had no issue afterwards. However the breakfast was too salty we skipped the other day even when it was included in our bill. (I would only recommend the pancakes!) The water pressure was really bad it was just dripping. It was little annoying but with the service we’ve gotten from the staff, this is tolerable.

There are bugs in the room. The pool water is dirty, and there is a lack of consideration for guests; it seems the hotel is only focused on making money. It is not worth the price. I recommend not going.

매우 훌륭해요 We absolutely love Una Vida—so much so that we’ve spent our last two March Break vacations here. It’s a beautiful, tranquil oasis on the edge of town, with a stunning property and exceptional staff.
My wife especially enjoyed the daily morning yoga, while our son looked forward to relaxing by the pool in the evenings. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between peaceful retreat and easy access to everything Tulum has to offer.
The staff truly make the experience. They are incredibly helpful—whether it’s booking beach clubs, recommending restaurants, or simply making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.
A great added bonus is access to their two sister properties (both adults-only), which guests can also enjoy.
We highly recommend Una Vida and look forward to returning again.

Staff were amazing, so attentive and helped to book a few trips which turned out to be highlights of our holiday. The room was spotless and throughly cleaned every day, couldn’t fault it. It was a 20 min walk from centre but we didn’t mind that, as it felt like a quiet oasis away from the noise. Having access to Bardo and Milam pools was an added bonus as both had better pools and food than Una Vida (but Una Vida is half the price!) - would 100% recommend to anyone.
