It was clean, the room was very small but had fans which kept it pleasant for sleeping, the bed was comfortable, the shower was efficient, although also very small. There were two flights of stairs up to the entrance which was ok for us because we were traveling light. It was reasonable for the central location; good restaurants, short walk to the Prado and other museums, but not for large people or people with lots of luggage.

Los Arcos is a great location right in the Heart of Sol Plaza and Plaza Mayor... Gran Vía is only 7 minutes away. I recommend this place for cleanliness, great staff, and a walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops.

Very nice welcome from staff. Only issues was no kettle (but there was a coffee machine in reception) and the walls were very thin.

매우 훌륭해요 Spotless room, extremely efficient lady at the front desk, all at your fingertips, come in and go whenever you want, no noise, very well heated, fantastic location for transport and anything you may need, very safe, restaurants and shopping within meters
