Staff were lovely. Air conditioning in my room was poor. Breakfast was good. Love the location.

We had to ask for hand soap in the bathroom and there weren’t any facecloths. AC was just ok. Breakfast was good!

Perfect location, comfortable room/ bed , Great buffet breakfast .only thing that they could give attention to is the carpets are dirty many spots in hallway and some spots on carpet in room, also do not understand that there are no washcloths in bathroom

Brilliant location, so close to the trams and link up to the major railways stations. Lots of busses around as well and you can walk to a lot of the tourist sites. Masses of places to eat at. Staff were excellent. Would stay here again.

The staff and service are unbelievably great

Great experience during my recent 6-night stay in June 2026. Wonderful staff and the rooms/common space were modestly updated and clean. Above average continental breakfast. During my stay it was extremely hot in Brussels - the AC in my room was not a cool as I would have preferred it to be. My room was on the 5 of 6 floors - hot afternoon sun beating in my windows really heated up the room. I called the front desk - they offered to provide a fan and/or allow me to change rooms. By the following morning, the AC kicked in and the room temperature was more comfortable. I recommend keeping the blackout curtains closed when not in the room to help maintain a good temperature. I needed to end my stay a day early. I was concerned I may not be able to receive a refund for the 7th night because I booked my reservation through a third party. I asked the hotel staff and they worked with the third party to accommodate my request. I really appreciate their efforts. Upon check in, I was told rooms were cleaned once every three days, however, I was told it could be more frequent upon request. I did request cleaning one day early from scheduled time. They happily accommodated. Hotel location is perfect. Close enough to walk to city center, but far enough away to limit noise distractions. Very close to metro as well. Highly recommend! Excellent budget friendly hotel in a convenient and desirable area. Very safe as well for solo travelers.
