Very good and clean room!

Overall, I would describe this as a decent hotel experience. The breakfast was undeniably one of the best we have had during our travels and was easily one of the highlights of our stay. In terms of location, the hotel was also very convenient, with excellent access to both the metro system and airport transportation. I genuinely have no complaints in that regard. That said, there was an issue with one of the elevators being out of service, and unfortunately, this was not communicated to us during check-in. Given the number of guests staying at the hotel at the time, the situation resulted in noticeable delays and made the overall experience somewhat less comfortable than it otherwise could have been. Would the experience have been improved if the staff had simply informed guests of the issue in advance? I would say yes. Clear communication would have helped set expectations and avoided unnecessary confusion. Had the elevator situation been handled more effectively, I am confident that the stay would have been considerably more pleasant overall.

I had a great stay at Quality Hotel Hasle Linie in Oslo. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The rooms were well maintained, and the location provided easy access to public transportation, making it simple to get around the city. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options each morning. Overall, the hotel offered great value and made for a very enjoyable stay. The only minor surprise was that many of the restaurants and food options around the hotel closed earlier than I expected, so it’s worth planning dinner a little ahead of time. Other than that, I had a fantastic experience and would gladly stay here again on a future trip to Oslo.

Great breakfast I enjoyed, but the location of the hotel is a little bit far from metro station.

Genuinely amazing breakfast, great location & staff were generally helpful. The only issue with room 625 was no TV which was fine because we were out exploring all day, but since every other room had a working TV to be told we didn’t have one & that it wouldn’t be serviced until the day we left, that was a bit disappointing.

Nice hotel, good location for business

Room wasnt ready at check-in; had to wait 30+ minutes. Not familiar with local offered tours or directions to yrain which was very close. Otherwise very clean, comfortable, quiet and a good night.

It is easy to locate from the airport via flybuss, get off at Hasle and a 10 minute walk. Breakfast lovely and lounge. Accessible to transport. Staff are good, only thing is a safe would have been great to put passports etc in.
