Booked this hotel for convenience to airport and shuttle service. Unfortunately the shuttle did not show up at scheduled time so we had to book an expensive taxi.

I would highly not recommend this place!! My stay was extremely disappointing. I stayed from June 25–30, 2026, and housekeeping never cleaned my room or restocked basic supplies. I ran out of toilet paper and went to the front desk for help, but the staff gave me the runaround and never provided any. On top of that, there appeared to be a bed bug issue, the AC barely worked, and the overall condition of the hotel and its amenities was far below what I expected. This was one of the worst hotel stays I have had, and I would not recommend it.
