매우 훌륭해요 An absolute gem of a hotel staffed by a polite, friendly, and very warm, professional staff. This is the place you should stay for your next trip to Cape Town. Very quiet. Wonderful breakfast. Excellent gym.

Great gym, breakfast. Only downside is that bathroom is a bit small. The area is not the very best so definitely count on using uber. Overall a solid choice especially considering the price.

그저 그래요 Avoid this hotel.
I had a terrible experience here. My Bose earphones were stolen from my room, and they were not left out in the open — they were buried inside my fanny pack, which was inside my duffel bag. Someone clearly went through my personal belongings.
I also found my things shuffled around in a way that made it obvious my bag had been opened. That is a massive violation of privacy and a serious security issue.
The hotel’s handling of the matter only made things worse. Instead of taking real accountability, the response felt slow, evasive, and dismissive.
Based on my experience, I do not trust the safety of personal belongings in this hotel. I would absolutely not recommend staying here.

Well-kitted rooms - they thought of everything! Housekeeping after that was poor. Staff were very friendly though and breakfast was a hit! Service was at times very frustrating as things had to be repeated for any action to take place. Management or supervisory intervention was absent. Great place physically but the friendly staff need to deliver as well.
