Well Maintained hotel with nice rooms and comfy beds. The shower attachment was a bit off, but I’d asked for a bath so I was fine as that was good. Nice pool area and good hotel buffet

No assistance w luggage until heavily prompted upon checking in. Then none at all upon checkout. Taxi called was too small even though a large one to contain wheelchair was requested from the front desk.

Hotel is located within a 10 minute walk of the city centre, so great for exploring on foot. Hotel is quiet and opposite a lovely park, rooms are very clean and modern. You are so close to lots breakfast and dinner places so make sure you get out and eat with the locals. Recommend public parking 5mjn walk called Rosalia. Nice lounge area if you want to chill with beer or wine and food. Great hotel and location.

Lovely hotel with amazing buffet breakfast. Parking available with assigned spot in garage for 10€/day. (Street parking available for free… if you can find it.) On site restaurant Cayote is ok, winding there for dinner one night after original plans fell through. It’s well reviewed and prices reasonable, but food a bit bland. Despite being Saturday night, few tables in use.

Great hotel, very clean. Staff was super friendly.

We had a nice, cozy and quiet room overlooking a courtyard with a fountain. The hotel has spacious common area, something one would not assume by just looking at the front.

Great location, across from the main park and truly a 4 star hotel (we had some bad experiences in Gran Canaria with a so called 4star). We had a room in the 1st floor with exit to an interior patio with greenery and sitting sofas, lovely! Great staff too! Would stay here again!

The room was noisy due to the bins being emptied late at night - we asked to be moved and we were only moved one floor up in the same position so still had the noise from the bins. The waiting staff in the bar where not very good either - they did not seem to understand what was being asked of them.

Good cleaning and service. I happened to stay during my birthday and the reception staff made an effort to make the day special. Very much appreciated.
