Terrible I need a refund never stayed there

Good place to stay staff was friendly and helpful

Bed bugs attacked at 430 am

I’m a disabled veteran and the staff were totally unhelpful. The entire place smelled of urine and cannabis. The place is a dormitory which the ad doesn’t mention. Of at least 30+ people one of the two bathrooms was closed. No wi-fi and washer/dryer is only for staff use. The place is horrible.

Som much cleaner and quieter than anticipated. Fantastic value for a simple place to sleep.

Unbelievably clean joint.

They had bedbugs, i got bit up all over my body and they did nothing about it. I Tried talking to the owner and she acted a fool with me, stating that I'm the only one getting bit up. Clearly they didn't care. I had a horrible experience and would not recommend this properly to no one not even my worse enemy. I still have masks that's still trying to heal from the bites.

Had a horrible experience reserving this place. I was driving from Las Vegas to stay there, unfortunately got caught in heavy traffic so I made it after 11:00pm, apparently the last time for check in, which I did not know at the time. I arrived there, and doors were locked, with a phone number at the door; I called the number several times, leaving messages and nobody answered. I ended up calling Hotel.com, explaining my problem, so they tried contacting them directly, and again, no answer. They pointed out the last check in time was 11:00, which was apparently on their page. Unfortunately I missed that, and never having seen any such rule, it never occurred to me. As a matter of fact, when I finalized my reservation, it only showed 3pm check-in and 11am check out. Nowhere on the confirmation did it indicate that; you would think such an important fact would be on the notice... The problem was that there was not even a phone number for the place in the confirmation either, so even if I wanted to call, I couldn't; no text either to confirm my stay or an entry code... All I had was my screen shot from my booking online. The person with Hotel.com was nice and tried his best to help, but at this point, without being able to contact anyone on the property, there was nothing they could do, so I had to book a last minute room in the middle of the night. I ended up having to find a room last minute in the middle of the night.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I feel this property was greatly misrepresented. I’ll start with the good. The bed was decently comfy and the bathroom was clean.
