Very disappointed for the price and for a milestone birthday weekend. The customer service was borderline awful. They literally messed up every single order we placed and everything we ordered was very, very delayed (food, wine, beverages, cups, napkins, utensils, directions, help with luggage…). The staff did not listen at all, we seriously thought that we were getting punk’d lol The phone and the TV remote in our room barely worked… they didn’t have any Bluetooth options nor speakers. They didn’t have movies for rent… Even the drapes in our room were messed up lol! And on top of that, there were cockroaches on our chase lounge outside and huge spiders in the room. Beds were oddly small and pillows were super stiff and uncomfortable

The ranch is beautiful and has an amazing spa. We also had an amazing meal at the bear for my wife's birthday.

Fabulous stay. Room was beautiful, pool was great, food was exceptional.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with free electrolytes in the mini-fridge and there was a Nespresso with plenty of pods. It also smelled really nice. There was a spacious semi-private outdoor seating area with a fire pit. Staff was helpful at the Spa, though the Lobby / Check-in person was kind of awkward. Maybe she was new. The grounds are huge and it's easy to get lost, so be prepared to do lots of walking or continuously call for a golf cart to chauffeur you around. It's also kind of confusing the way the "rooms" (which are stand-alone units) are numbered, and I couldn't figure out the order or logic behind it. That said, it was lovely, clean, and the amenities are incredible. Guests get free access to use the sauna, steam room, salt room, and adult-only heated pool for free, but have to make a reservation and have one hour to use the spa facilities.
