Immaculately clean room with a great bathroom. The kitchen area has stove top and microwave oven but it's useless because absolutely no kitchenware is provided. In the cupboards and drawers there was just one mug, one bowl and one fork. No pots, pans, plates, knives, spoons or anything for preparing food. Nothing for washing-up either. At least there were towels in the bathroom, but no soap. Bed was comfortable but the duvet was a bit flimsy, meaning the April nights of my stay felt a little chilly. Location is a 40-50 minute walk from the Guggenheim Museum.

Great room! Very clean. Comfortable bed and hot water in the shower. No noise at night, I was able to rest well. Does not have a TV, but that's okay since it's a students' dormitory. However, the room did have hot plates and a microwave, in case you need to cook something. They only provided 2 small packets of shampoo so be sure to bring your own soap and shampoo if that's not enough.

The accommodations was advertised as having Aircon but the aircon was not working. Apparently it had been dysfunctional for quite some time.
We were told we couldnt be moved as most rooms had the same issue.
Since the weather was very warm 43 degrees in Bilbao when we arrived it was impossible to sleep in such heat.
A fan was provided but it was very weak and totally inadequate.
No effort was made to repair the Aircon and we were advised by reception to ask for a refund.
Whilst the accommodation is otherwise very good, not being able to sleep negates everything for myself and my colleague.

Was super happy with my stay here. It was clean, and the customer service was great. The first room the AC wasn't working and they were willing to call the maintenance guy sunday night at 9pm and I said lets wait until tomorrow and once they figured out they couldn't fix it, they promptly moved me to a new room. The staff was helpful each time I had a question and it was easy to access the city via bus and subway. Highly recommend this location for a stay in Bilbao.
