Blood all over the curtains in shower, broken mirror and glass. Door was loud squeaky and would not lock. People in front of me complained about same unsanitary conditions and left. They gave me same gross room after knowing this and making me wait for 15 minutes even with paid reservation. Towels were very worn and gross. Stains in bed and bedsheets, and in mattress cover under the sheets. Negative thumb rating here unless you want to film a horror film with some real heinous scenes!

Unfortunately, this situation has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I kindly ask you to review my account. I am a frequent Expedia customer, and this is the first time I have experienced such an unpleasant situation. The hotel is absolutely nothing like what is shown in the photos. I consider this to be misleading advertising. The cleanliness is very poor, the facilities are in terrible condition, and the safety of the property is deeply concerning. The environment feels extremely unsafe. In addition, the hotel constantly smells of marijuana and cigarette smoke, which is affecting my health. I honestly do not understand how a company with Expedia's excellent reputation can partner with hotels of this standard.

One of the worst hotel i ever stay never again .

No parking, from the time you enter the building is a funny smell, the room is really small with broken furniture, no battery in the remote for the TV in the room, no clean towels, it makes you wonder if they check the room after someone leaves . It was late night so I stayed until the morning and leave before my second night. I was hoping to get a refund but I didn't.

Didn't like room at all noisy ac dirty blankets walls looked runn down

So I've booked this place to stay for 1 night and couldn't stay there for 1 hour!!! This place is very much unsanitzed, untidy and its the epiphany of an unhealthy and sad place to stay! Upon reaching the hotel and was assigned to the room, the room was the worst room I've ever seen in my over 40+ yrs on earth, blood was on the floor, the quilt was damaged and dirty the bathroom was dirty and the toilet was shaking, all the plugs outlets was damaged, the beds was dirty and to top it off they didn't even sweep the floors. This is a very low maintenance place!!! I'll rather sleep on NYC trains before sleeping in that horrible place!!!

Literally a dump. Don’t pay full price to stay here, they have hourly rates.
