Wonderful staff including parking attendants, restaurant caterers, and front staff. Clean and upgraded rooms with simple decor. Loved the many amenities too!

The staff was very friendly and helped me find the things I was looking for during my stay. The room was great with a very nice balcony. Great shower in the room. The gym was perfect for a quick workout before my event at the Culver Theater. Before I left the staff helped me ship home an item that was too large to carry on the plane. There is a barista at the front lobby and the rooftop restaurant had a very cool vibe.
I would stay here again.

만족해요 The hotel is truly beautiful, and the staff is very friendly. Personally, I find it very noisy. In the rooms, you can constantly hear the people next door and above you. The noise from outside was also really loud. At this price point, I would have expected something different.

The only criticism of the Shay is they don't market their rooftop well enough - it's awesome!
Delicious food and drinks and stunning views.
The Shay is handy for the metro and there are a good selection of restaurants nearby.
