Took more than 15 minutes to check in with no communication, the restaurant buffet was filthy, forks and knives in the clean section with food remains, plates not properly washed, when tried to find a table none of them were clean, restaurant hostess was rude, very unwelcoming experience

Embora o local seja limpo e muito perto do aeroporto eu jamais ficaria aqui de novo por duas razoes 1. Não da pra dormir. O barulho é simplesmente horrivel e alto demais, de carros, caminhoes e muita buzina a noite toda, e 2. O shuttle pra levar ate o aeroporto nunca esta disponível, eles nao tem vans o suficiente e voce precisa pagar Uber ou Taxi, que me custou para 5 minutos (Porque é literalmente ali o aeroporto) R$ 100 Ou seja. não recomendo.

Péssimo hotel, as roupas de camas estavam sujas o banheiro estava com os produtos de higiene pessoal vazio. A comida no restaurante é horrível quando eu digo horrível não estou exagerando, almocei lá aí na janta preferi passar fome do que voltar lá. Os funcionários não são prestativos, eu pedi uma banana pra dar para o meu nenê porque ele não pode comer a mesma fruta que já está lá cortada por conta de alergias, a moça fez careta enquanto falava com a colega de trabalho sobre a minha solicitação. No final comprei frutas fui pedir uma faca e um garfo emprestado pra poder cortar as frutas, adivinha.. eles não oferecem. Ninguém lá tá nem aí pra vc. Sem contar que não tem um mercadinho perto. O hotel é terrível e a localização pior ainda. Não vale a pena ir nem pra passar algumas horas!! Procure outro, foi traumatizante!!
