그저 그래요 I had a family emergency and didn’t et to go to the hotel, i called and checked with Expedia and the hotel almost 24 hr before the check in and they didn’t cancel and refund even though not a part of a refund, they didn’t honor me as a valued customer i don’t blame the hotel totally but i blame Expedia service not taking care of me
