훌륭해요 Check in was confusing because the person told me that I needed to swipe my card and I wasn't sure for what and then he said never mind you're all set. Not a single staff member told us that we needed to use our key card to operate the elevator. Another person staying in the hotel helped us. The coffee pot in the room was broken and was unable to be used and the coffee with breakfast was super strong. I found a hair in the eggs one morning. The staff and housekeeping acted as if they were being inconvenienced when spoken to and asked for help. The room was alright. Bathroom set up is a little odd.

매우 훌륭해요 Finding parking or where to park was a little iffy however, the hotel itself was amazing. Great amenities. Bar was amazing. Food was great.

Picked up at airport in a very decapitated van that smelled musty, and no AC, not sure why they would want that to represent the hotel when parked out front, the grandchildren said it reminded them from a vehicle from the movie Hotel Transylvania. Then when we got to the hotel, we found out to pool has been closed by the city of Revere one of the reasons we booked this place because we had kids. They charge 20 to park your vehicle during your stay. Still waiting for the 50 for any additional charges.to come back to acct.

The hotel is clean and beautiful. The view of the ocean is wonderful and being right next to the at is so practical. The downsides: The people at the front desk were not friendly the 2 times I stayed there. And one of the elevators was broken and the pool was closed.

One of the elevators was broken while we were there. I heard it has been broken for a couple of weeks. It made for at least a 5 minute wait everytime we used it with a lot of different floors in the building. The front desk told us the wrong time for breakfast so we missed it the first day. Other than that it was a great hotel. We loved the easy beach access. It was also nice to have Starbucks in the building.

My room was dirty. There was old food on the counter and in the fridge. There were empty bottles of water between the bed and the dresser in the floor and peanuts on the floor. I booked for 5 people: 2 queens and a pullout. The pullout had zero sheets. When I asked for them, the gave me one sheet and a blanket. No mattress cover even after I told them. Phone wasn’t functional. Was travelling alone with the kids, could not make my way down every single time.
