The hotel is near the train station and bus stops, walking distances to shopping streets. Nice location, clean rooms, good services.

友好広場から近くて市内中心に行くのも比較的簡単で立地は良かった。 建物も部屋も広くて設備や備品も問題なくスタッフの対応も親切で良かったです。 個人的に一つ難点を挙げるとしたら部屋がとてもタバコ臭くて空気が悪かったので滞在中、咳が止まりませんでした。空気清浄機とかが設置されて居ればもっと良かったです。

【アクセス】地下鉄駅G出口から出ると、グーグルマップでは遠回りナビになる。 ”上野駅に似ている”側に周ると、市電駅がある駅前通りをひだりに

Very convenient location in the city centre, close to the central railways station and plenty of eating & shopping options. Large, comfortable rooms and smooth check-in. Some issues with the air conditioning meaning the room was quite hot, particularly in the mornings.

Good location and nice service staff but very old furnishings.....

Very near major tourist area and train station. Will stay here again.

Great place once I got there... But the map on Expedia here was wrong. It is slightly south west of the train, not north on the park. So check closely on Google maps and try and get the name/address in Chinese. Close to train, tram and Zhongshan Square. Good hotel but overall in Dalian, there is too much construction right now in the city.. beaches, everywhere (as of May 2014) and the metro is running yet, so can't say I enjoyed it all that much. Shenyang was better in Lioaning.

The front desk staffs are all very friendly and location is great, however, the room is a little noisy. The train tracks are right behind the hotel, so I can hear the broadcast from the train station, as well as from the trains. Also, the room is not sound proof to the next rooms or to the hallways. I can hear everything people in the next room or in the halls say. The room has few plugs, so I had to pull out the TV plug just to charge my phone. Also, the toilet was really hard to flush. Otherwise, the hotel is decently clean and have really friendly staff.
