I paid for transfers from airport to rodina hotel....the staff tried to make me pay again for the transfer to the hotel....expidia told them I had paid.....then they tried to make me pay back to the airport once again expidia told them I had paid ....I was made to feel very uncomfortable by the staff..... No handrails at the outside of the pool...good luck if you don't slip...metal rust poles in the pool....no teabags....no milk....were in the room..... Spend a bit extra don't stay at rodina hotel..... Terrible terrible experience

The property is nice and the view is amazing but the staff doesn’t really communicating.

I did not stay at this hotel they lied I did not have sea view I need my money back instead I went next hotel call X ocean front for much lesser price very dissatisfaction I was very upset checked out same hour please return my money so I can pay for another hotel

Hotel was promoted as 5 starts but is barely 3 starts.

It was a good time. The hotel is simple but in great location. Staffs are nice, but could do a little better cleaning around the pool area. The stairs to reach the beach is awful. And the hotel could have some sun umbrella. The breakfast is sad. Not worth. In general was a great stay with no fuss. We definitely recommend it!

Staff is good. Hotel looks quite old. Room is not big not clean enough but new renovated. Air-condition is good. Balcony is bad due to bad drainage. Breakfast is so-so. Has swimming pool. Not worth to check-in. Too cheap to have a great weekend.

Took them 30 minutes to find our [website] reservation, while we waited and watched them serve other (Thai) customers first. Italian restaurant is a terrible Thai imitation and pizza oven was closed. Room service very limited. Songthaews do not go this far down the road so you have to walk. Breakfast terrible. The internet was so slow it was unusable, slower than dial-up, constantly showed as 'poor signal'. Took them 25 minutes to let me check out, I just walked out in the end. Paid in advance for 5 days but took the loss and left after two to go to a different hotel. 2 or absolute maximum 3 star, you can get so much better for the price. They weren't even able to call us a taxi.
