Cleaning the room each day isn’t a true cleaning but more so a tidy up. Wash cloths were not replaced and the toilet seat was left up as if a man finished using however left up with caked up urine stains on bottom of seat. Disappointed with the lack of attention to cleanliness. Important documents were also removed from the room I.e valet ticket. Leaving me no way to call for the car prior to making my way to lobby. in room phone is inoperable as well. had to place in room dining orders through my cellphone

The hotel was very clean and the lobby area was very well maintained. I did not think some parts of the room were as well cared for, the decorative wallpaper was peeling off the wall in our room. The beds were very comfortable, but the AC seems to have a motion sensor so it will continue to cut off while you're sleeping; beware the summer months. The front desk was not always manned, but the valet staff was the absolute best I have ever experienced.

매우 훌륭해요 If you are coming from out of town to visit DC, this is the place. For one, the metro that takes you directly non stop to downtown is directly next door. Two, the place is brand new and super clean! Third - My experience = The staff was incredible. Youssef, the valet came running after us asking if we had dropped a 50 dollar bill. We had not, but the integrity there was commendable. Also, it was our anniversary and we arrived to our room with a glowing sign, balloons, a box of chocolate, and a very nice bottle of champagne. All complimentary. I have traveled a lot, and no where did I feel more welcome!.
