훌륭해요 We were expecting to find some kind of pool or spa on property, no such thing. The pool is in town and to get to hot sports a 3km hike from town, very misleading advertising.
The rooms and restaurants were beautiful

Staff was terrible, just rude. We were checking in late, staff looked straight at us and ignored us as he was speaking with a friend, at 1st I thought it to be another guest but after the continued conversation, clearly not. We were trying to be polite and patient but they were clearly mocking us, looking at us while talking to each other. Unacceptable for the hospitality industry.

The staff was super nice when we came into the building - the room was super unique, we loved that they were eco-friendly and sourced from local vendors. Dinner was really good, we had the tacos with nachos and fish and chips. Loved that they had different food stations to choose from. Breakfast was okay, you could make a sandwich, they had juice and drip coffee. Would recommend staying if you’re driving through the town.

매우 훌륭해요 The location was perfect for the golden cycle and south part of the island. I love the breakfast that’s included. It was nice just to go down stairs and grab something. Then come back up to your room and get ready for an adventures day. The hot water didn’t sell like sulfur. The room was cleans and bed was comfortable. WiFi was included. Ask the food hall was on the property. There was bakery and a market for all your needs walking distance. we would stay here again and recommend it to everyone. Thank you.
