그저 그래요 An unpleasant experience- this "4 star" hotel was 2 star at best. I found two bugs crawling across the wall, the air con was extremely noisy, the bathroom very small and the room averagely clean.I had no hot water, the engineer attended but couldn't fix the problem and the Management refused to discount the price of my stay. Food was average in the restaurant and overall way overpriced.

만족해요 The bed was not comfortable. The bathroom was not good. The room I took does not worth what I have paid for.
