We liked the location of the hotel, the helpful staff, the room (10) and the amenities. This is our four time at the hotel and if we come to Lucca again will stay there.

Great location. Walking distance from train station and located just outside city wall. Very helpful staff. Good selection for breakfast - no hot entrees, but enough items. Small room, but clean and comfortable.

A well located hotel, just outside the city walls, close to the train station but quiet despite being on a main road.Parking is available.
The inclusive spa is a lovely treat, especially if you book this for your arrival day, after travelling in.
All staff are customer focussed, helpful, polite and pleasant.
Breakfast is very good, plenty to choose from with healthy options and sweet treats. The fish restaurant next door was really nice and had a good choice of meals and wines.
Our room (65) was well equipped and a decent size, as was the bathroom but the small shower cubicle was a disappointment given the overall size of the bathroom.

I have been traveling to Italy on business for over 30 years. In my opinion this was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed. The rooms may not be the most elegant but everything just feels well kept. The staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast was nice.
