그저 그래요 The Tv was about to fall off the wall. The sheet was too small for the mattress and kept coming off. The carpet seemed very old and dirty. Over all it was a very cheap get what you pay for.

A good traditional motel on the edge of town with a nice small pool.
Decent breakfast for the type of property and price.
Nice and clean and felt safe throughout.

훌륭해요 It was clean. Reminded me of a 1980’s motel but it was certainly functional and economic. Easy access to Branson attractions.

Breakfast room, office, and room clean and neat. Nice variety of hot & cold breakfast options. Staff was friendly, helpful, attentive and accommodating. Love the convenience of parking right outside our door. A microwave in the room would be handy. We will plan to stay at Twelve Oaks on our next visit to Branson.
