Location very convenience for shopping. Hotel staff good service and room clean and comfortable. Overall is good.

The property was in an excellent location - steps from metro, restaurants, and shopping. The staff were helpful during the check-in/out and held our luggage while we shopped after checkout. Room was spacious and layout as advertised. The beds were comfortable, and we liked that they were 4 separate twins, instead of doubles for our family. The kitchenette could have used knives and dish towels, but not a deal-breaker since we didn't cook. The toilet had poor ventilation. Wifi and A/C were good - no complaints. The washing machine was very useful, but note that the dryer is warm air blowing from the shower ceiling vent, which worked well enough except there may be insuffient hangers for a large load, and may take a bit longer than expected. Overall, a pleasant base for our trip in Osaka - location was the winner.

Great place to stay. One caveat is slight smoky smell in the 1st floor due to smoking room.

Great area and very clean and spacious!

Very good location, friendly helpful staff, and large well equipped room made for a very good stay!

The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is perfect for restaurants and within walking distance of several subway stations and other landmarks.

Clean room, well adjusted for 3 people, with great bathroom, washing machine, tiny kitchen. WiFi is good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location.

Great central and walkable location. Steps from restaurants, shops and convenience stores. A few blocks to the train and walking distance to Dotonbori. Large room size with cooking and washing facilities. Definitely recommend.

Place was great, I would suggest a longer stay. We had someone loud above us, but other than that this place had everything including two huge beds ( I’m 2m or 6’5”) and they were large for me. I loved the shower room as well and full kitchen

Everything there as described but very no frills
