The hotel is new, clean, and the rooms are pleasant. For a 4-star hotel, the facilities are very sparse. Only soap is available in a container. The staff throughout the hotel seems to be working as a form of punishment, especially at breakfast. The breakfast may be varied, but it's somewhat bland. The bread isn't the freshest. There are certainly better 4-star hotels in Warsaw.

The room was spotless, with complimentary daily bottled water and breakfast. The staff was absolutely fantastic. Perfect stay, in my opinion. I stayed for 15 days.

Hard to find hotels as good as this in Warsaw for the reasonable price it was! Clean, beautiful rooms, awesome view (depending on the room booked), very professional yet friendly environment!

매우 훌륭해요 I thought your hotel was very good indeed. The only thing it lacked was an area to sit and read in comfortable chairs. I cannot think of another negative. I stayed for 10 days and was highly impressed.
