Perfect little spot for the 3 of us. Child bunk bed great, but only for 10 yrs and under. Luggage storage facility prior to checkin was super helpful and convenient. Location great. Access to 4 subway/metro lines within 10 minutes walk. OK Discount Supermarket right next door. Great for breakfasts, snacks and a easy lunch or dinner. Prices were great. Open until 10pm most nights. Accommodation really roomy - window opened a little to let in fresh air (love this when you can in hotel rooms). Washing machine/ dryer combination was very handy in the heat/sweaty days. Just a few things to note for smoother travel for new visitors. 1) washer/dryer instructions printed out - rather than having to read and translate from phone - I couldn't find any in the apartment. Or just a laminated screen shot of the buttons for basic wash and dry functions would have been helpful. 2) a coat rack or some hooks at the door for our hats/backpacks so we could keep them at the door and keep the space tidy. 3) Dishwashing towel to dry the dishes - rather than having to just let them air dry.

Close to public transportation, convenience stores and other attractions

Warning: this hotel is NOT staffed 24/7 so if you’re expecting hotel staff to come right away, it won’t happen. You will only see staff during the day and even then its very few of them. Staff can be reached by a messaging app (Line) which is most likely manned by someone far away; they were still very responsive. My overall experience was great; this property sits minutes (walk) away from any of the train stations we needed. Minutes (walk) away from convenience stores (Family Mart, 7-11, Lawson), Grocery store literally across the street was so convenient. Room size wasn’t typical resort size but was perfect for my family of 4. Room was nice and clean. Our room had a washer and dryer (same drum) included Although it was all in Japanese we figured it out. Since the property has no staff 24/7, you will not be able to receive delivery or utilize (hands free travel) thru the front desk, but instead there is a Yamato transport office located less than 10mins (walk) away.

Nice clean place and budget friendly

I love this hotel, the staff wasn’t really at the front desk, it’s electronic check-in. But overall, it was a good stay. Located right across the street from my grocery store so it’s really convenient. The hotel was clean. I would definitely recommend staying here. The rooms are pretty spacious as well.

Good but better for people staying longer then a week and wishing to cook

I'd say this minn probably is the best value-for-money choice. Spacious room for 4-6 people. Kitchen and washer/dryer combo. Supermarket right downstairs. I bought wagyu and ate grilled wagyu every day for a fractional cost of eating outside or buying wagyu in USA. Absolutely insane value for your every penny.

Our room was modern and clean with a taste of Japan with the tatami floor in one room. The location was great, away from anything touristy yet close enough to the a few subway stations. Local restaurants and shops were more for locals, which is what we wanted.

One of the best hotel in Tokyo. It is near Family Mart and train stations. The room was very spacious and clean. Very quiet and secure area because it is near police station. I would love to book here again for my next trip.

This was a perfect aparthotel for my family of 4 in Tokyo. It’s in a convenient location within a short walk of several subway lines, and it’s right next door to a grocery store. We would love to stay here again!
