Did not get a message with check in details. Arrived at 4pm at the hostel, no reception/no staff around. There was a sign saying to call/message a phone number but the number was out of service, and host also not replying on hotels.com messages. I went out and came back at 8pm, same thing. Finally came across another guest who gave me the correct number. No apologies given when I did finally call, even though they had my reservation. Not very clean. Would not recommend although great location near hongdae street.

Nice Area and very ok room

Bad experience, bad service , no hot water , only one thing is good , this location area has a lot of restaurants.

Stayed in suite 102 with 2 bedrooms. Smelled of fungus due to humidity inside the property. Bathroom sink is clogged and very slow to drain. I informed the host, but did not get any reply. I would spend a little more to stay at a better place in Hongdae area.

You do get what you paid for. If you’re coming during the winter This is kind of a far walk from HONG DAE ST. Almost 20 min. Thankfully it was just me in my room and i could lock it from inside. Otherwise there could of been someone on the other bed. Shared restroom with another room. Poor lighting and feel weird going to the restroom, so many hairs from other people. I don’t think i would stay here again, I rather pay a little more for a more convenient location.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Never met the host in person but she responded by text. Only two suggestions - i) better to change the door passcode every time with a new guest, for guest's security, ii) improve the water heater condition so water can be hotter.

I have stayed in the female shared room here a couple times now and both times I cannot fault anything.

There is no hot water for bath

The property itself if very comfortable and warm during winter. It also felt safe and secure. As usual with guest houses and hostels your experience may vary depending on who the fellow guests are especially when sharing rooms so keep this in mind.
