Here is why 3 stars = The hotel has a strange smell in the lobby and hallways. The rooms themselves are pretty nice for the price you pay - clean beds, but towels seem to have some wear and tear to them. I think the best part is the upstairs bar and restaurant. Very nice vibe, decent prices. The surrounding area is safe.

훌륭해요 Nice stay. Tub stopper did not work so could not take bath and wasted all the hot water thinking it was filling up, so had to take a cold shower. Other than that, great service and cool hotel!

This is a great budget hotel place with walking distance to EmQuartier. The room are of decent size and it is recommended if you're traveling on budget/self-paid. However, be prepared to walk almost anywhere as the road leading to this hotel is always with heavy traffic. Half the time of staying in here is I walked literally everywhere or I get down at the main road and walk back to the hotel.
Overall, the staff service can be improved in terms of pleasant friendliness, but the hotel amenities and cleanliness are pretty good!
